The mess will hold a gathering to deck out the mess for the Christmas season. Trees will be made available by the mess, for various sections to decorate to go along with other decorations being put up in the mess.

The mess has obtained 2 pairs of tickets for all games of the World Junior Hockey Championships being held in Ottawa over the holiday season. Reps will be selling chances to win these tickets, at a cost of $1.00 per entry. The draw for all games will take place today beginning at 1500.
